Food is amazing and service is as well. Sunday is happy hour all day and they have Vegan options

Came here on a Wednesday afternoon and it was not too busy; we got seated right away. We came during happy hour which was a big plus as the normal menu did seem a bit pricey. We ordered: Spicy Edamame 8/10 Crispy Rice 7/10 (sitting in salty soy sauce) Ceviche 8/10 Dragon Fruit Lemonade 8/10 Spicy Sake roll 8/10 Cabo roll 8/10 Yellowtail Serrano 8/10 Truffle Salmon 8/10 Itchy Salmon 6/10 (sitting in salty soy sauce) Lion King roll 8/10 Brussels Sprouts 10/10!! So good we ordered another after we finished Cherry Bomb 8/10 House Salad 7/10 Wish for some of the dishes they did not have them sitting in soy sauce as it made them too salty and overpowered any other flavors. Service was kind and attentive but they do charge a 3% employee wellness fee? And their automatic tip options r 20, 22, 25% which I thought was quite high given the automatic fee. Clean restaurant with a relaxed ambiance.

If you're looking for vegetarian friendly sushi this is the spot to go. They have so many options and not just basic avocado rolls, actual crafted dishes. They have a great happy hour if you want to try multiple things. The ambiance is pretty basic for downtown but it's clean and the service is good. Sometimes they have a wait but they will move through it quickly. I would give it 5 stars but my non-veg friends tend to not enjoy it as much so I guess the fresh fish option is good but not great.:

Love this place. Inside is really well set up and a lot spacious than what you can see outside. Wait staff was very professional and patient with the 3 boys we had that night. I recommend getting there for happy hour. Great prices and amazing sushi! Recommend the Cabo and Crunchy roll. However, the hot popper is also good if you like a little kick.

This place is always a must whenever I'm in a city that has one. So happy to one finally coming to Phoenix. They never disappoint. We had a couple of roles and some Crab puffs, all three were perfectly delicious. Definitely put it on your list if you've never tried it

My husband and I grabbed dinner here after our flight landed and we wanted to avoid rush hour traffic. We were starving and ordered the ceviche S an app and it came out very fast which we were super grateful for! It was good but I wish they gave more wonton chips. The chips also broke easily which made it difficult to eat at times. For sushi we ordered the Thriller and the Spanish Fly. Both were SO good, the Thriller was our favorite though. Neither of us felt full when we were finished though, so I think we could have split a 3rd roll. Our server was great, she was happy to give recommendations.

One of my favorite sushi places in Denver! Great happy hour! Great location! Great atmosphere, food, cocktails, and service! The restaurant has a spacious dining area as well as cocktail and sushi bar seating. Aesthetically speaking, Blue is modern, upscale casual, and gives authentic vibes for a sushi and saki establishment. Restaurant is creatively and beautifully decorated with aquariums, Japanese culture pieces, and even an airplane wing! My favorite cocktails are the samurai sakatini, espresso martini, and the coconut breezy! All cocktails are handcrafted, beautifully presented, refreshing, and get the job done, if you know what I mean! Blue also has great mocktails that I have also enjoyed. The hot popper is my favorite sushi roll at Blue! Love it every time! Other favorites among the food include the mango crab rangoon, the hotel Cali roll, the tidal wave roll, and the lion king roll! Service has always been on point! Friendly and attentive! Today, we sat at the bar and bartender, Jacob H took great care of us! Always look forward to my next visit!

Stopped by this spot because I was craving sushi..our "dinners before just didn't hit the spot. I was very happy we got to enjoy some happy hour items because they were all delicious. We shared the charred edamame. I want to say we ordered the spicy and ended up with the salty, which still worked out for us. It was absolutely delicious. I wasn't sure what to expect with the charred, but it was as 10/10. I want to say I got the Lion King roll and a Cali roll. I love me a good saucy roll. I also loved that I could enjoy a sushi roll and watch the game. Overall, experience was 10/10.

Had a really awesome experience at Blue Sushi Sake Grill! Our waitress, Ashton, was really knowledgeable about the menu and gave us great tips and advice when ordering our food. The Coconut Crab Soup and Beef Hot Rock were both delicious and their espresso martini was the perfect amount of creaminess to coffee ratio. The sushi was also incredible - highly recommend the Green Eggs and Hama. The ambiance was also perfect for a date night experience. There was also tons of seating. Will definitely be going back soon!
